Requirements

Education
  • Minimum B. Com or M. Com in Accounting and CA or CACC will be added advantage.
Experience
  • At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • The applicant should have minimum 05 years practical work experience at corporate level in reputed company in accounts department.
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

  • Establish financial reporting system and accounting procedures.
  • Prepare all necessary data for making Journal, Ledger, Trail Balance, Balance sheet, profit & loss sheet etc.
  • Verification of branch vouchers and yearly inventory.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
  • Ensure Records and posts all financial transactions at ERP/AIS Software.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and preserve all correspondence and respective financial documents, files, and reports confidentially.
  • Prepare monthly & yearly budget forecast.
  • Prepare various reports including financial statement.
  • Check utility bill, house rent and other suppliers’ bill.
  • Vendor verifications of different purchases.
  • Maintain liaison with purchase department.
  • Conduct quarterly branch audit as per Management requirement.
  • Any other tasks as may be required by the management.
