Responsibilities & Context
Source new partner, potential Agent outlet entrepreneur.
Support in infrastructure, branding & inauguration of new agent outlets.
Monitor & control overall Agent Banking activities in the assigned area.
Attain area sales target by ensuring proper distribution of products in agent points.
Overview Activities of the outlet to ensure customer service, Queries in time at Agent Outlet.
Guide the outlet to mitigate operational Risk, maintaining compliances, AML & CFT.
Have to fulfill given target of CASA, Scheme & FDR Account & Volume time to time.
Lead the area team by setting right direction, focus & priorities to drive & achieve business goals.
Report to management regarding all relevant issues to feed back the management with adequate information for forecasting business & setting up the right strategies for future.
Co-ordinate with central agent banking business team, operation team, tagging branches, channel development, trade marketing & other relevant team to facilitate effective & coordinated planning, making informed business decisions & generating timely actions.
Daily Report to Regional Manager.
