Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Automobile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in motorcycle or FMCG industry.
  • Shown success in crafting marketing or promotion plans.
  • Knowledge of wide variety of marketing methods - Grassroots marketing etc.
  • Strategic thinking & high social skill. Strong planning & presentation skill.
  • This position may require frequent travel and ability to multitask and work with cross functional team.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

  • Product Planning: Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps based on prioritized needs and resource constraints.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive product development and ensure successful execution.

  • Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, overseeing design and development sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer communications.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on the product based on insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and updates effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, team members, and external partners.

  • Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to the product's success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
