Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly experienced and dynamic Assistant Corporate Sales Manager & Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Critical Stop.The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving corporate sales, building long-term client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence. Candidates with experience in the firefighting industry & garments sector will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify potential clients in firefighting industry & garments sector and establish business relationships.
  • Negotiate and close high-value corporate deals with clients.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing client concerns.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to display company offerings.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest counter-strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.

Team Leadership & Coordination (For Corporate Sales Manager):

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve corporate sales objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to improve the team’s performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate deals.
