Develop monthly and quarterly sales targets and achievement.
Supervise and support the sales team to achieve their sales target.
Plan and execute regular market visits to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions.
Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports summarizing sales performance, and team activities for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
