Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure achievement of both primary and Primary sales targets and report the results to the immediate supervisor, following a well-defined plan. 
  • Supervise and monitor all Sales Representatives (SRs) operating within your designated area. 
  • Prepare daily Primary sales reports using Excel format and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Prepare sales reports that detail SR and SKU-wise performance and send them to the head office's Management Information System (MIS). 
  • Identify and cultivate untapped markets by establishing relationships with new dealers. Prepare competitor analysis reports on a monthly basis and forward them to the immediate supervisor. 
  • Regularly monitor and maintain the stock levels of dealers. Actively source new SRs whenever there are open positions. 
  • Motivate subordinates to perform at their best. 
  • Undertake any other sales-related tasks assigned by the management.
