  • Age at least 30 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Field experience, leadership capacity, and good communication skills.

  • Expert in Microsoft Office.

  • Fluency in both English and Bangla languages is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Responsibility of daily order position and order booking, daily visits to dealers & sub-dealers, develop and build new distributor and dealer networks
  • Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key accounts for sales expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including retailers, distributors, and partners.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor their progress.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for sales staff.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor inventory levels, sales forecasts, and product demand to optimize inventory management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and emerging market trends.

Other Responsibilities:          

  • Acting as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned area.
  • Identifying local business opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
