Process & Compliance: Ensure Distributors are maintaining 100% Company Guidelines & SFA (Sales Force Automation) by following the system & process (print invoice, accurate channel wise sales reporting).
Resource Utilization: Ensure Market Execution & Trade Schemes and all company resources are utilized in the Market as per Company Guideline.
Distributor Management: Distributor Development, evaluation & onboarding of new Distributors by replacing poor performing Distributors.
Team Monitoring: Strongly monitor daily activity & productivity of TSO/SPO so that each individual spends full day in the market from 1st outlet to last outlet and achieve daily IMS Plan.
Distribution Metrics: Strongly Monitor & Achieve Distribution Metrics; Productivity, ECO, LPC, TLS new outlet expansion & drive for monthly Focus Brands.
Market Visit: Minimum 12 Days in a Months from 1st Outlet to last outlet to develop TSO/SPO & ensure excellence in execution in the market.
