Collaborate with Outlet In-charges to achieve sales targets by providing actionable ideas and roadmaps for maximizing performance.
Communicate monthly sales targets to outlets and oversee their implementation.
Generate and analyze daily sales reports to track and optimize performance.
Analyze the quarterly and yearly sales forecast and target vs achievement.
Identify new areas for business growth and new product opportunities and service improvements; survey consumer needs and trends; track competitors also.
Evaluate outlet employees’ performance against key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and create resolution plans.
Develop and utilize employee evaluation to review the Outlet In Charge and the sales team’s performances.
Actively engage with outlet teams during promotional campaigns to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Regularly check and coordinate with teams to ensure proper visual merchandising standards are met.
Handle in-store maintenance and address customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure all outlets consistently meet global standards for cleanliness, product presentation, employee grooming, overall environment, accurate price tags, security tags, and steaming.
Monitor and improve individual employee performance in areas like service, communication, teamwork, and grooming.
Create and manage stock requisitions based on outlet sales trends, customer needs, and inventory levels.
Handle store maintenance and address customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
Actively engage with outlet teams during promotional campaigns to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Provide support to Outlet In-charges in managing petty cash, rent, and administrative expenses while monitoring budget adherence.
