Oversee financial processes, including invoices, reporting, and personnel/payroll-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular audits to maintain high operational standards, including restaurant cleanliness, staff appearance, and uniform compliance.
Uphold a culture of excellent guest service by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and turning dissatisfied guests into loyal customers.
Manage resource allocation efficiently, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning to maintain consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
Provide leadership and guidance to employees, addressing operational and procedural issues while fostering professional growth through feedback, performance expectations, and performance reviews.
Be prepared for field visits to conduct outlet quality checks and audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
