Responsibilities & Context

Agency Sales Manager (ASM) oversee branch operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. They conduct agency meetings to motivate and accelerate sales, manage administrative tasks, and ensure compliance.

Job Responsibility :

  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the area's market share.

  • Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee the operations of the Branch Office.
