Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Architecture Firm
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 27 years
  • Must have frequently a Client visiting tendency.

  • Making project video with background voice.

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Good Bangla and English Typing).

  • The applicant should have experience in the following business areas, Administration.


Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

  • Internet Browsing all type.

  • Tendering work (Employee will be train up by the authority).

  • Corresponding.

  • Mail Handling.

  • Receive letter, massages, documents & Pass them type proper places/persons and keep records.

  • Handle in bound and out bound phone calls and inquires, receive guest.

  • Maintain and update contact database.

  • Provide support to the HR department of organization interviews.

  • Handle employee inquires and acts as first line of response to administrative questions.

  • Making project video with background voice.
