Job Context:
We are looking for an Accountant & Admin with excellent administrative and analytical capabilities of financial skills to join our Administration Department.
Accountants are expected to examine and compile financial reports and be well acquainted with governmental regulations. Maintain all HR Admin related jobs that will benefit Organizationdevelopment
Key Responsibilities for Accounts:
Prepare & filing of all Vouchers, Cash Book, Cash Flow, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register
Ensure monthly report with Trial Balance and prepare the payroll & yearly bonuses calculation. Ensure each procedure of Purchase
Ensure payment of TDS, VDS and VAT return submission independently
Prepare Accounts, Finance Report & daily accounting entries in Accounting Software
Manage office budget for all on going services & costs (e.g. rent utilities, supplies, maintenance etc.)
Support with Audit, financial year report submission and bank statement reconciliation
Key Responsibilities of Admin:
Ensure employment procedure & company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain nice office work environment, employees’ behaviors, colleagues’ relation
Handle the HR issues & challenges as per the rules & regulation, follow up with lawyer
To do all HR documentation and maintaining HR files regularly
Monitor employees’ attendance, absence and leave record with each individual’s file
Maintain nice office work environment, emplyees’ behaviour and colleagues’ relations
