Requirements

Education
  • Graduation (BBA) or post graduation from any reputed university.

Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • The applicants must have 1 to 2 years working experience in the following areas: MS Excel, MS Word, Email and Internet.
  • Must have experience on Accounts & office executive.
  • Excellent communication skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context

Spark International is a fast growing, leading reputed trading company of Garments Machinery. We are currently looking for smart, highly intelligent, analytical, self – driven and results oriented person for the following positions:

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare office File, Bill, Quotation and Others.

  • Making voucher and recording all accounting information.

  • Ability to operate Accounting Software.

  • Coordinate with service and repair department and dealings with customers.

  • Commercial related work (Maintain PI, PO, Indent and LC related documents and keeping record in a well manner).

  • To maintain the necessary communication with procurement department for receiving the goods against LC.

  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and customers for procurement more profitable deals.

  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.

  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
