Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience

    Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import, Consulting Firms, Restaurant, Travel Agent, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations (GAAP), proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks), and advanced MS Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).

  • Experience with budget preparation, financial analysis, and reporting.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Trading or Export/Import, Travel & Tourism, Restaurants, Immigration/Visa Processing, Boutiques.   

  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and modeling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools.

  • Prior experience in a group of companies or a multi-entity environment.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.      

  • Ensure the company complies with all tax regulations, including timely preparation and submission of tax returns.

  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor cash flow to ensure that funds are available to meet operational and capital requirements.

  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support for professional development.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and aligned with company goals.

  • Suggest improvements to accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the Management.

  • Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
