Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office; fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Communication: Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, financial reports, and payroll.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, update ledgers, and manage petty cash.
  • Administrative Support: Handle clerical tasks, correspondence, document filing, and email management.
  • Vendor & Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Assist with bank reconciliations, financial audits, and regulatory documentation.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Support inventory record-keeping and office supply management.
  • Operations Support: Assist in logistics coordination and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • General Admin Duties: Undertake any additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
