We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst. General Manager - Industrial Engineering to lead and optimize our production processes in a knit garments factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing productivity, and ensuring best practices in industrial engineering. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to implement best practices for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
Develop, monitor, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning to enhance productivity.
Analyze workflow, production methods, and resource utilization to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
Work closely with production, quality, planning, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Lead cost-reduction projects without compromising quality and compliance.
Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and labor regulations.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance improvement areas.
