Conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of the Bank and so on.
Develop a corporate liability strategy and Marketing strategy for a particular city/region and execute it.
Onboard clients with a solutions-based approach, developing unique solutions wherever required.
Manage relationships with existing clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
Distribute sales target of Corporate Liability/ Deposit among the team, prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan for the RMs/ARMs and guide them to strictly follow the prepared plan.
Enhance deposit base of the Bank to support Bank's lending growth and improve deposit mix through various initiatives and strategies specially the Public Sector Deposits.
Liaise with the Asset Liability Management Committee to ensure right strategies for deposit mobilization.
Solicit New to Bank relationships, as well as manage an assigned portfolio with existing (non- borrowing) commercial clients, to retain & grow their banking relationships in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets.
Any other task as and when assigned by Management.
