Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 22 years
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving user problems through design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Open to constructive feedback and eager to learn new design trends and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG).

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning ideas into visually appealing prototypes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
  • Translate research findings into effective design solutions and workflows.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance design systems and component libraries in Figma.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and improve user experiences.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
