Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Graduation/Masters in any discipline from a reputed/recognized University.
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 32 years
  • Maximum 32 years. May be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving and experienced candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., accounting software, CRM systems).
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities & Context

MFS Sales & Distribution team members are responsible for driving the growth of the MFS business by acquiring and retaining customers. They actively engage with potential and existing customers, promoting MFS products and services. Successful candidates need to possess strong sales and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the MFS market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and retain customers.

  • Achieve sales targets. Assist the growth of Bangla QR, Onboarding new Education Institutes and Payroll companies.

  • Facilitate payment collection and salary disbursement.

  • Conduct market research and analysis.

  • Ensure compliance at agent and distribution points.
