*Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing end-to-end guidance through their study abroad journey.
Offer accurate information about institutions, programs, and study options to prospective students.
Assist with application procedures, document preparation, and submission, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups to update students on their application status and provide necessary support.
Build strong relationships with students by understanding their needs and providing personalized advice.
Handle inquiries professionally through phone, email, and social media, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and events to promote services and connect with potential students.
