Requirements

Education
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with proven work experience in relevant fields.

Experience
  • At least 4 years
Additional Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of brand marketing and brand guidelines.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Digital Media Buying, Email Marketing, Organic SEO and ASO, Reporting and Data Analytics

  • Good communication skills in English and Bangla, ability to work as part of a team and time management skills.

  • Strong technical and business reporting skills, with the ability to be an analytical and creative thinker

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in a similar role, e-commerce or outsourcing company, software or IT firm, or marketing agency.


Responsibilities & Context

  • We are looking for an Sr. SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, optimizing content, and managing digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive organic traffic and achieve business goals. Proficiency in analytics tools is essential for tracking performance and providing actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to aligning digital marketing with broader objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with target keywords, regularly updating existing content and identifying new opportunities to drive organic traffic.

  • Plan and execute email marketing and paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other ad networks to meet business goals.

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, Adjust, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot, Zapier, and Hootsuite.

  • Conduct research and analyze data to understand target audiences, industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors, providing actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and leadership, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Optimize product pages, category pages, and conversion funnels for e-commerce platforms.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and tools to implement best practices.

  • Optimize local search strategies, including Google My Business listings and geo-targeted keywords.
