You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in advertising agencies, with proven motion graphics expertise.
Technical Expertise:
3D Design Tools:
Cinema 4D: Creating advanced 3D motion graphics and animations.
Maya: Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering workflows.
Motion Graphics & Editing:
After Effects: Expert-level skills in motion design, compositing, and VFX.
Premiere Pro: Advanced video editing with a focus on storytelling and pacing.
General Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
Creative and Soft Skills:
Strong grasp of motion design principles, including typography, color, and composition.
Ability to conceptualize and execute animations and visuals for TV, film, and digital.
Experience integrating 2D/3D elements into cohesive projects.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and collaboration with teams and clients.
Motion Graphics Design:
Develop motion graphics and 3D animations using Cinema 4D and Maya for campaigns and projects.
Utilize After Effects to enhance visuals through motion tracking, compositing, and animation.
Edit video content with Premiere Pro, ensuring seamless integration of graphics, music, and visuals.
Creative Asset Development:
Design visuals for print, event branding, and digital platforms, such as social media and advertisements.
Adapt designs to different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to translate creative briefs into innovative visuals.
Project Coordination:
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and priorities.
Provide regular updates on project status and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to branding guidelines and are of the highest quality.

Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2 (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
