Responsibilities & Context

For Visa Department fast world Country visa processing (who apply for visa)
For Ticket Department GDS knowledge Much (Galilio)
For Package Tour Department full knowledge on package tour sales
Excellent at dealing with clients over the phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
Listen and understand customer queries and provide quick support on the required topic.
