Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Teams, etc.
Must have the ability to sell to company decision-makers and overcome objections.
Desktop / Laptop.
Stable internet connection With Minimum 15 Mbps Speed.
Noise Cancellation headset.
Proven success in outbound telemarketing experience is a plus.
Must be extremely professional and looking for an opportunity to maximize earning potential.
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
Previous experience making a minimum number of dials per day a plus.

Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
Follow the communication "script" while handling different topics.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Receiving customers' inquiries and selling services/products over the telephone as per the instructions provided.
Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
