Education
  • MSS/MSc/MA/BBA in Human Resource Management,

  • BBA in Management,

  • BBA in Accounting,

  • MBA in Human Resource Management,

  • MBA in Management.

Experience
  • At least 5 years

    NGO, Development Agency
Additional Requirements

Working Experience:

  • Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation, ability to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues, Institutional Human Resource planning and development, performance planning, Review, capacity building and development and performance evaluation, Resolving employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner, administration and security, staff hiring and placement, develop utmost professionalism, Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes, Following up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work, preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues, ensuring transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work, developing, upgrading and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company, Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry.

  • Candidate should have very good knowledge on Institution based Admin, HR & Compliance.
  • Candidate should be smart, honest and calculative.
  • Should have very good Managerial quality.
  • Should have very good communication skill.
  • Should have very good computer skill such as MS Word, excel, Power Point and emailing excellence
  • Good at spoken English and written English. It is a mandatory skill and have consider in employee selection for this position.

Responsibilities & Context

Background

DoPeace.org is a US based development organization financial support to NGOs to implement the slum based childrens education program as well doing some remote activities and tasks for the US based institution. Tasks and activities are related to Project Management, Accounts and financial management, IT management, software development and management including coding and SEO. The ideal candidate will also manage CRM applications and website design. However, with this circular we would like hire an employee for performance review, performance planning and management, performance appraisal and other HR related work.

Project Objectives

  • Performance review, planning, management and development
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner, communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security, ensure staff safety and security with utmost professionalism.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
  • Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
  • Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs workPreparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
  • Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.

Job Location: Rangpur District.

Duration

The employee will initially be hired for a one-year term and it may extend for further period even for uncertain period.

Duties and Responsibilities

The HR Manager (male/Female) duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:

  • Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
  • Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
  • Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
  • Have to ensure production and delivery as per factory plan.
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
  • Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
  • Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
  • Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
  • Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
  • Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work, preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
  • Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
  • Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc.
  • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
  • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
  • Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
  • Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
  • Update all license, certificates and follow up hygienic issues
  • Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
