BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant field from any reputed university
Strong command over recruitment and payroll process
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with HRIS or HR software
Sound knowledge of attendance and leave management
Basic understanding of labor laws and audit compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Age: 24 to 30 years
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: CV screening, interview scheduling, joining formalities
Prepare and maintain recruitment databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment status reports
Coordinate a smooth onboarding process, including orientation, document collection, and system entry, to ensure a positive first-day experience for new employees
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
Assist in monthly payroll processing
Assist in various HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned
