1) Operate and monitor SLES and LABSA production processes to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations
2) Meet daily and monthly production targets as per planning and client requirements
3) Assist in production planning, raw material calculation, and process scheduling
4)Maintain optimal reaction parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure product quality and yield
5) Conduct routine process checks and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
6) Collaborate with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical and quality issues
7) Follow and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety protocols, and environmental compliance
8) Monitor and control process utilities (steam, cooling water, compressed air, etc.) to maintain efficiency
9) Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports, shift logs, and performance summaries10) Participate in process optimization, cost control, and waste minimization initiatives
11) Support training of new operators and junior engineers when required
12) Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and GMP standards in the production area
13) Report abnormalities, deviations, or incidents to the Production/Plant Manager promptly
