Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment schedules with clients.
  • Send reminders and follow-up communications to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit and collection performance for management.
  • Address client inquiries and issues related to billing and payments promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
