Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Candidates with experience in IT companies will have an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

We are a leading tech company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, HR & Admin with experience in the tech industry to lead and manage our human resources and administrative operations. As a key member of the team, you’ll drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, foster a thriving organizational culture, and ensure compliance with all HR and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Payroll Process:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely compensation to employees

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Ensure adherence to government regulations and labor laws within the organization.
  • Implement proper disciplinary procedures and address grievances effectively.

Administration Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day administrative functions for smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve administrative challenges promptly.

Employee Engagement:

  • Foster positive employee relations and a thriving organizational culture.
  • Organize engagement activities and recognition programs to boost morale.

Health, Safety, and Security:

  • Ensure workplace safety and security through comprehensive policies.
  • Address employee health and safety concerns effectively.

Policy Development:

  • Develop and implement HR and administrative policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communicate and ensure compliance with policies across teams.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as offer letters, promotion letters, and termination notices.
  • Maintain up to date employee records in personal files and ERP ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • prepare regular HR reports on employee turnover, attendance, recruitment progress and others.

Employee Culture and Development:

  • Advocate for initiatives that support a positive workplace culture, fostering trust and respect across teamso  
  • Recognize and celebrate cultural diversity through events, campaigns, and resources

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by higher management.
