Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RM, PM, and spare parts inventory using ERP systems.
Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and full inventory audit.
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
Supervise the receipt of materials including unloading, inspection, and proper documentation.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team for material inspection and acceptance.
Make Purchase order when stock level fall into minimum level.
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to production and maintenance departments.
Ensure materials are stored as per standard operating procedures with proper identification, stacking, and labeling.
Maintain segregation of materials (flammables, chemicals, mechanical & Electrical parts, etc.) as per safety norms.
Ensure 5S methodology in all storage areas.
Liaise with procurement, production, quality, and maintenance departments for daily operations.
Prepare and share periodic reports on inventory status, slow-moving/obsolete items, and consumption trends.
Support planning and procurement with accurate inventory data.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines.
Maintain documentation for audits (internal, external, and ISO)
Implement FIFO, LIFO, or FEFO practices as required.
