Preparing duty schedule of all security personnel and monitoring work as per schedule.
Arranging and conducting various security related trainings to improve the performance of Security Guards.
To detect and prevent crime in office or branch premises.
To conduct preliminary investigation and timely report to the authority regarding any desirable or undesirable incident.
Maintain good relations with emergency services, police, ambulance and fire services.
Always be prepared to deal with any emergency.
Investigating and reporting security breaches, adverse events and other alarming behavior.
Know and practice fire safety, and supervise when and where firefighting equipment is required.
To arrange and conduct fire safety training in Fare as per schedule.To engage in any work as assigned by senior management.
