Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Running students may apply)
Experience
  • At most 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English

  • Confident public speaking and negotiation abilities

  • Leadership & team coordination

  • Social media fluency (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok trends)

  • Quick learning & ability to adapt to fast-changing startup environments

  • Strong time management, multitasking & reporting discipline

  • Problem-solving attitude with a “get-it-done” mindset

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and leadership-minded

  • Active on social media and engaged with youth trends

  • Owns a motorcycle is a plus (not mandatory)


Responsibilities & Context

As a Zonal Manager, your job is to lead FoodPagla’s expansion in your area while staying in close coordination with the central team.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of local Sales Ambassadors

    • Guide them to achieve weekly/monthly user growth and merchant onboarding targets

  • Local Partnerships

    • Onboard restaurants, vendors, and delivery partners

    • Build long-term relationships with local businesses

  • Marketing & Promotions

    • Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute zonal campaigns

    • Organize local activations: flyers, campus drives, market stalls, influencer collabs

  • Operations Management

    • Oversee deliveries, customer issues, and service quality in your zone

    • Ensure vendor satisfaction and handle field challenges

  • Community Engagement

    • Be the face of FoodPagla in your zone

    • Promote trust, drive loyalty, and collect feedback

  • Data & Reporting

    • Submit weekly performance and zone activity reports

    • Maintain ambassador performance logs and merchant records

  • Strategic Collaboration with Central Team

    • Participate in key branding, innovation, and campaign discussions

    • Share local insights, trends, and creative ideas with HQ

    • Collaborate on brand building, new feature rollouts, and promotions

  • All Essential Work Support

    • Take ownership of any important responsibilities that the central team assigns

    • Act as a bridge between field operations and HQ strategy
