Minimum 5 years in the food industry (quality, processing, safety, or auditing)
Auditing experience with a reputed certification body is highly desirable
Knowledge of management systems and auditing techniques
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
Competency in MS Office and willingness to travel
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conduct management system Audits / Assessments.Conduct Training sessions.
Support Certification Manager on operational issues.
Comply with all Operational Integrity and Corporate Governance Guidelines of SGS.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conducting audit as a Lead Auditor / Auditor as assigned.
Managing an audit programme within the defined scope and criteria.
Developing Audit Plan.
Establishing good communication with auditee and Issuing corrective action requests to auditee.
Preparing audit report / pack which meets audit scheme criteria, SGS Global Procedures and Accreditation requirements.
Responding to queries raised by technical reviewer within specified time.
Performing follow up with auditee for completion of corrective action.
Conducting Training Sessions:
Prepare and deliver training session per SGS Guidelines.
Provide learner support and conduct assessment.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt content for continuous improvement.
Work on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as guided by Certification Manager.
Undertake professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge.
