Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Design/Printing/Publishing, Market Research Firms, Textile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Boutique/ Fashion, Shopping mall, Food (Packaged), E-commerce

Sales and Marketing Executive (Regular and Digital)

Job Type : Permanent (After a provisions periods)

Job Description:

  • Lead initiatives to build, implement, and assess strategic sales and marketing campaigns to expand market reach and increase revenue.

  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, helping shape future strategies.

  • Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and managing key accounts.

  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by mentoring junior sales team members and conducting regular performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.

  • Strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts effectively.

  • Knowledge of ERP Software (ERPNEXT), CRM software, sales management tools, and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
