Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer needs and maintain customer satisfaction as priority.
Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day functions seated to OPD and IPD patients in providing information, cordially receiving all clients, maintaining admission procedure by using ERP software.
Maintain and input all financial charge related to the patients services.
Maintain software process to post all charge to patient’s accounts.
Assist in preparing and implementing charges of different services in the accounting system as required.
Monitor and collect receivables from individual Patients Report delinquent accounts to the authority.
Data entry of all patient charges and refunds.
Maintain billing and doctor’s payment log and complete all crossovers billing.
Complete all Medicare billing forms and back-up information required.
Keep in touch with the patient parties to realize all dues.
Communicate with the clinical staff to ensure availability all appropriate patient information.
Deal with sensitive medical information and maintain confidentiality.
Comply with any other assignment as instructed by the authority.
