Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Additional Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing; experience in the elevator or construction sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to assess customer needs and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and quotations with support from the technical and estimation teams.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with senior management.
  • Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Execute promotional activities such as campaigns, product presentations, and participation in trade fairs or expos.
  • Create marketing collateral like brochures, case studies, and presentations tailored to the elevator industry.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media posts, email campaigns, and CRM lead tracking.
