Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design, Garment Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Experience with independent buyer dealing.
Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting to the Management.
Sourcing sample material, fabric material and get approval.
Need strong knowledge on ERP based merchandising all module.
Strong knowledge in fast costing. order checklist, accessories & color consumption, fabric & accessories consumption, sales contact, purchase fabric & accessories.
Knowledge on Sub Contact order monitor.
Lead sample development and PP meeting with consumption check and finalize during development.
Plan wise on time booking placement and ensure on time material ETA at factory.
Working experience in Factory.
Monitor to Development, Sourcing, and Production area.
Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
Work closely with QA to ensure best final product.
Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
