Job Responsibilities:
New customer creation & sustain.
Handle client queries and complaints.
Prepare sales forecast & market analysis as per requirement of top Management.
Maintaining Communication with customers regular basis and providing satisfactory support to customers as per their queries and requirements.
Right attitudes for promoting company's product and brand image.
Have to perform own Sales and achieve monthly Sales target.
Overall strong monitoring of Sales Department. Increasing the Sales by properly monitoring the quality of Sales.
Meet the monthly Sales target which is given by the Management.
Building Strong Sales Teams.
Noticeable due adjustment must be recovered and it would be strictly audited by the Management.
Increasing the overall collection of Installment by adding new plot bookings.
Given Target must be achieved by taking proper initiatives wherever/ whatever needed.
