have a graduation / post graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university in Bangladesh
to be willing and able to regularly travel solo both within Dhaka and outside of Dhaka
have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
have good digital skills, especially a good command of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word
no work experience is necessary, however candidates with previous research and moderation experience are encouraged to apply
