International Business, or related field.
Additional certifications in global sourcing, export-import, or fashion business are preferred.
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in international marketing or buyer sourcing in the garment/apparel industry.
Must have a proven network of global buyers (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
Demonstrated success in bringing new orders independently.
Excellent command over English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in business communication tools and platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
Must be proactive, energetic, and capable of working under pressure.

Position Overview: We are hiring a highly experienced and results-oriented General Manager (International Buyer Sourcing) whose core responsibility is to bring new international buyers and generate new garment orders for H&F Fashion Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with new international buyers and fashion brands.
Develop strategic plans and campaigns to approach target buyers in key global markets.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to build networks.
Initiate and maintain strong buyer relationships until successful order placement.
Provide weekly progress reports directly to the Managing General Manager.
