1. Market Needs Analysis:
Conduct market need assessments and identify product gaps for pest and disease control.
Analyze competitor products and monitor global bio-pesticide trends.
Support business planning with data-driven insights for product introduction.
2. Product Sourcing & Evaluation:
Identify potential suppliers (domestic and international).
Evaluate technical dossiers, efficacy reports, and field performance data.
Coordinate product trials in collaboration with R&D and field teams.
3. Regulatory Affairs:
Prepare and compile registration dossiers.
Liaise with national regulatory bodies for product registration.
Ensure all products comply with local regulations and organic standards.
4. Cross-functional Coordination:
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement for product onboarding.
Work with QA for product quality evaluation and compliance checks.
Align with marketing and sales teams for launch planning and field support.
5. Sales & Market Support:
Support field demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
Develop training materials and conduct technical training for field force.
Monitor initial sales performance and provide product-specific feedback.
6. Competitor & Global Trend Analysis:
Study local and international trends in bio-pesticide usage.
Benchmark against competitors’ products and strategies.
7. Training & Technical Support:
Assist in developing training modules and materials for field teams.
Provide field-level technical support during demonstration trials and farmer meetings.
