Administering daily medication and diet as prescribed by the doctor.
To monitor, record, and report on a patient's pulse, heart rate, temperature, blood sugar, respiration, and other vital signs.
In case of an emergency, accompany the patient to the hospital or to the doctor.
Bedside care of very ill and unconscious patients and the exercise of the patient, if required.
Administering food through a doctor/nurse-approved feeding tube, provide nebulization, oxygen, and insulin.
To provide first aid whenever necessary. Feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, etc., of the Patient.
Housekeeping, including house cleaning, laundry service, and assistance with patient mobility.
Lifting the Patient in bed/wheelchair/car.
Provide companionship to the patients and entertain his / her requirements. Always help the patient to keep in touch with relatives and friends.
To provide supervision and companionship to patients with special needs.
