Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Resort
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age at least 20 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Fills up employee's files and required documents and closes files for all employees leaving the hotel.       
  •  Issues lockers, name tags, uniform requests for all employees.        
  • Filing for all the pending papers, entering the Annual and sick leave on the system, updates and look after the notice boards.        
  • Update employees leave balance, entering data on the system.        
  • Generating reports and statistics regarding employees and their satisfaction status.        
  • Preparing for the employees social events including gatherings, outings, etc.        
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.        
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.        
  • Compiling payroll / Absence data and assist for payroll management.·        
  • Coordinating HR Dashboard / Statistics.        
  • Assist and resolve hotel staff and management queries.        
  • Updating salary and benefits information when required.        
  • Developing job descriptions, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates, preparing personal files of the colleagues.        
  • Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.        
  • Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires·        
  • Assist with employee relation issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinarians, grievance and capability.        
  • Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.        
  • Other duties as assigned by the department Head.
