Responsible for driving Sales and achieve Budget numbers across the Region
Identify key products in the Region, drive growth, increase market share, and put more focus on high margin products while maintaining the overall portfolio of the company
Responsible for building new and monitoring existing distribution channel partners. Proactively engage with channel partners to build a healthy long-term relationship to drive the business forward
Build overall sales force capabilities, develop talent and succession planning for critical positions
Collaborate with Category managers for new product introduction, and plan to phase out redundant products within Region
Design and suggest appropriate schemes for channel partners to Marketing team for implementation in the Region
Join with SM/Marketing Team, to manage the right promotional budget mix for the Region
Provide periodic critical and relevant business intelligence inputs to respective Category managers, and highlight major deviations in the business environment in the region to management to take necessary initiatives to address the change
Work with respective functions to prepare the following year and a long range budget plan for the region, based on product availability. This will also involve providing rolling month-on-month forecasts for the current year
Set and manage credit limit for distributors as per organization’s guidelines
Responsible for Accounts Receivable and credit sales recovery
Ensure higher degree of accuracy in forecast & predictability in business outcomes
