Education
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Establish sales targets for the designated area and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, supervisors, and other staff within the designated area.

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the distribution network within the assigned area.

  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors' activities.

  • Develop sales plans and strategies based on market insights to maximize sales growth and market share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

  • Address their concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Manage the sales budget for the designated area, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a regular basis.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, and ethical business practices.

  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

  • Effectively manage the geographical territory assigned, optimizing coverage and distribution channels to maximize sales opportunities and customer reach.

  • Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales operations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
