Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Geography/ Oceanography/URP or related field).

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms

1–3 years of experience in a technical support, field service, or application engineering role.
Strong knowledge of Total Station, GNSS, ADCP, Echo Sounder and other surveying/measurement systems.
Good understanding of AutoCAD, GIS, or related software is a plus.
Create & Check Technical Specifications of the products
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client visits.
Experience in the surveying or construction industry.
Familiarity with surveying instrument
Knowledge of industry standards and workflows.

Responsibilities :

Provide support to sales Engineer as well as user.
Demonstrate products and assist clients to understand applications.
Conduct training sessions and field demonstrations.
Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to address technical needs.
Prepare technical documents, user manuals, and application notes.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions.
