  • Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostic centers, pharmaceuticals, hospitals- highly desirable.
  • Experience in supporting the design, development, and implementation of marketing, sales & communication strategies for different audiences is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in sales target achievements, partner relationships & team management is essential.

AmarLab is a health mobility company that works at the intersection of healthcare, logistics, and data with a mission to make healthcare easily accessible to everyone, everywhere. The logistics of life-saving health diagnostics have been broken for decades. AmarLab brings diagnostics to customers' doorsteps and handles all logistics. We have created the largest scalable platform for the healthcare diagnostics ecosystem in Bangladesh. Customers can select their preferred lab, get diagnostic testing done from their home, office, or any location of their choice, and then access all their health records in one place, view history and trends, and make informed decisions to stay healthy. We are looking for a Manager – Sales to support developing and operationalizing demand generation, driving sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets, and executing best practices, ensuring the highest level of client service experience.

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Support and improve AmarLab brand awareness, market demand creation strategies, and client referral networks in the centers channel by analysis of existing activities, application of best practices to develop strategies and initiatives with the outcomes being improved uptake of existing services.

  • Develop, test and roll out new market demand creation activities tailored to the AmarLab center catchment area, including the use and management of field sales & marketing.

  • Work closely with the Central team to ensure that the necessary systems are in place to effectively monitor and measure the impact of sales & marketing activities in the centers channel.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, business plans and goals. Support the development of monthly sales & marketing plans and ensure the effective delivery of the market demand creation plan.

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer client base and competition. Search for new market opportunities.

  • Plan and arrange monthly offline campaigns, events attached to the centers.

  • Work closely with Operations Managers to manage and track performance of center field staff, including developing and tracking progress against work plans and targets.

  • Develop, Lead & Strategize field team performance to ensure multiple profitable income stream for services offered.
