Education
  • Master of Science (MSc)
  • HACCP

  • FSSC 22000

Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Science Laboratory, Food (Packaged)

  • Age at least 26 years
  • Excellent English writing skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance manuals, policies, and procedures in our pickle manufacturing company

  • Constantly develop and deepen knowledge regarding international food safety standards (IFS, BRC) and European/American food regulations

  • Conduct regular inspections, laboratory tests, and audits of raw materials, production process, and finished products

  • Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS) and prepare for audits through food certification companies or customer

  • Lead, train and supervise quality control staff to maintain high-quality production standards

  • Aid in supplier approval process (documentation requirements)

  • Analyze quality control data and develop strategies to improve production efficiency, product quality and food safety

  • Collaborate with production and management to ensure continuous development

  • Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of quality-related issues

  • Prepare and submit quality control reports to management

  • Provide expert advice to management and customers for product, food quality and safety matters
