Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance manuals, policies, and procedures in our pickle manufacturing company
Constantly develop and deepen knowledge regarding international food safety standards (IFS, BRC) and European/American food regulations
Conduct regular inspections, laboratory tests, and audits of raw materials, production process, and finished products
Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS) and prepare for audits through food certification companies or customer
Lead, train and supervise quality control staff to maintain high-quality production standards
Aid in supplier approval process (documentation requirements)
Analyze quality control data and develop strategies to improve production efficiency, product quality and food safety
Collaborate with production and management to ensure continuous development
Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of quality-related issues
Prepare and submit quality control reports to management
Provide expert advice to management and customers for product, food quality and safety matters
