Develop and execute marketing strategies for manpower recruitment in KSA, Malaysia, UAE, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign recruitment agencies and employers.
Handle client communication, proposal development, and contract finalization.
Coordinate with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
Represent the company in local and international events/meetings if needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports and projections for overseas recruitment targets.
Ensure completion of any additional tasks assigned by the management as required.
Create video content for Facebook, YouTube, and all other social media of the company.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
Create compelling and relevant content for the website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs to attract prospective students and build brand trust.
